To our valued customers. Rock Canyon Hardwood has your families in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. The only way to counter act this situation is to come together as a community and do everything we can do to support one another and think of our fellow man and the safety of our families and loved ones. To those customers who postponed their installations or cancelled their estimation schedule. Rock Canyon Hardwood fully supports and understands your decision. To those customers who have decided to keep their installation schedule or go ahead with your estimation and evaluation of your project. Rock Canyon Hardwood is taking precautions to protect all involved. Instead of handing out business cards we are texting, emailing, or letting the potential client capture a photo of our business card. Estimators are washing hands and using hand sanitizer before and after every estimate. Installers have been instructed not to use the customers facilities, not to use or touch any kitchen faucets, sinks, fridges, microwaves, etc. Rock canyon Hardwood Is offering free plastic service on top of our dust containment units. This is intended to seal off the work areas and keep the installer inside of the plastic containment.
